What we collect

If you request a trial, call, WhatsApp or email us, we keep your name, phone, email, shop type and the messages you send so we can set up software and support you. The billing product stores the business data you enter (items, parties, invoices) on the cloud service you subscribe to, or on your PC if you use offline gstPad.

How we use it

We use contact details to reply, train, licence and bill you. We do not sell your customer lists. We may send product updates to the email or number you gave us. You can ask us to stop.

Sharing

We share data with payment gateways, SMS/WhatsApp providers and hosting partners only to run gstPad. We disclose information if Indian law requires it.

Your rights

Email info@gstpad.in to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, subject to legal retention (for example invoices and GST records).
